Electricity management in most areas of Damascus are as follows since last thursday: power is shutdown during 3 hours every 3 hours. In other words, people are out of power half of the time. Official TV announced that it will be back to the previous situation (3 hours of shutdown during the morning plus 3 hours during the night) in the upcoming week.
